Good point. If it’s warranty data then I assume they can only be extended so far anyway.

I’ve also now received the email (in my local language) EMEA.

I know that Dell used to have separations of data in the different regions. Not sure if that is still the case though.

The main portals were (are still?) support and premier. I’m definitely not a premier customer.
