Unfortunately, it seems like you need to join the waitlist to use it. And while I don't see anything explicitly stating the license or business model, it doesn't seem like this will be open sourced. Still, it's nice to see some competitors popping up for Sora. Hopefully soon we can get an OSS model that can be fine tuned.
