We make "TiKL - Touch to Talk", one of the top social apps on Android and iOS. It turns your smartphone is a realtime walkie-talkie with instant messaging. The user base grew organically from zero to 22 million in 20 months without any marketing. We just closed an over-subscribed series A round. We invite iOS/Android/WP7/web hackers to join a 5-person team in the W12 YC batch and help grow the user base from 22 million to 200 million. Required:
* Expert in networking, multimedia and multitasking on iOS or Android or WP7, or expert in extreme-scale web development.
* Strong understanding and passion for intuitive and elegant consumer-oriented UI
* Passion for quickly producing beautiful code/design and finding simple elegant solutions to hard problems
* "Whatever it takes" altitude, never settles, loves fast-paced dynamic startup environment
