EDIT: Not sure why HN.YC killed this post. :( Would love to know so we don't do it again.

We'd love your feedback on this. We've done a complete top-to-bottom overhaul of our error search engine, http://bug.gd. (You might remember you guys hated the black/white scary design we had before. Hopefully you'll like this better.)

In addition, we're launching http://www.errorhelp.com, which aims to help companies avoid losing research done by their employees. We've tweaked the signup process (as inspired by Yammer) and are interested in how well that works out.

It's totally free, but we'll be adding pay features eventually that make life easier for IT managers.

We're very excited and would love your feedback. Thanks in advance.

Well, I tried to visit the site, but:

An Error Was Encountered 403 Forbidden: You have been banned from this site. Contact bugs@bug.gd if you feel this was in error.

An error from ErrorHelp.com. Very interesting ...

That's a bit odd. That should only happen if our spam filter picked-out a really obvious spam comment of some sort over the past year.

If you email us, we'll figure out how your IP address got flagged and fix that right away.

I'll let you email me since I don't see any link to your email address: owkaye (at) gmail (dot) com.

I really like the design, very sleek! I wish this would have been around when I was working for the IT department of a school division in VA.

We're very pleased with it. We actually managed to catch some spare time working with one of the designers of ClickPass's site (which I'm a huge fan of).

Feel free to pass this site onto your old colleages at the school division. We may very well make edu features free even when we add premium tools.

I just emailed them :)

The "Solved Bugs" link doesn't go anywhere?

Yeah, we just saw that, too. We restrict seeing solved bugs for your company, so we intended to take that off the front page for users not logged-in.
