The article says this advice has been met with mockery, but provided no examples. Can anyone enlighten us?
I've traveled quite a bit, and have always had a name/address tag on my luggage per airline guidance, and have found it super useful to put a colorful bit of tape on my checked luggage so I can spot it at baggage claim.

I'm guessing the mockery is more based around the fact that the delays are due to being understaffed? Either way, there's nothing wrong with this advice.
This article tells me that the Germans are far more polite and mild-mannered than I realized. I figured they were more or less like all other western Europeans (I know -- says the American who has never been to Europe).
