I don’t feel sorry for any companies that claim they are having a hard time finding people to hire. They need to start hiring people who need training/apprenticing and then train/apprentice them. It’s not exactly a new concept and it’s not like workers ever asked for the ridiculous application process circus we’ve arrived at over the past few decades. That’s on the companies.


At my big tech company we hire interns and fresh graduates. Isn’t that training/apprenticeship?


Is your company also complaining about not being able to find people to hire? Because they could always just hire more fresh graduates. There are a lot of them.
