I’ve found that maintaining a healthy weight is a constant balancing act, and I treat it as such. The key for me is to never feel bad about the food I am eating. If I eat unhealthily, that’s okay. It’s not a permanent state.

Feeling bad about food intake leads to a destructive feedback loop for me. If I keep things simple and I don’t overthink things, I’ve found the weight stays off for the most part.
