"the kind of thing a children's cartoon villain would do" is very in character for Russia.

In Poland there were arson attacks on malls - https://warszawa.tvp.pl/95886809/pozar-marywilskiej-44-ruszy...

They also attempted to derail passenger trains - https://www.rp.pl/kraj/art43362151-rzecz-w-tym-sabotaz-na-to...

They used drones to block airports across Europe (I ended with overnight stay after they attacked Eindhoven) - this one has no direct proof, but it was obviously Russia.

Russia used list of hospitals in Syria. As bombing target. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian%E2%80%93Syrian_hospita... https://www.nytimes.com/2019/10/13/world/middleeast/russia-b...

When Armenia complained about poor performance of Russian weapons video of one of attacks was released as proof that weapons are fine.

"Russia has never hatched, is not hatching and will never hatch any plans to attack anyone," he stressed. "Russia is a peaceful country, which is interested in good relations with its neighbors." -- Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov

that is just recent, if you look for older then say Beria is case where accurate depiction would be criticized as not realistic and ridiculous

> It also allows them to make incredibly sugary drinks while also advertising "No added sugar"

you can do this also without any concentrate using regular apple juice

"mostly water" is hardly a problem here

not-from-concentrate or freshly pressed juice is also mostly water

In the chemistry sense, but not in the ingredient sense. If I press an orange into a glass I've added 100% orange juice. Notice that I never explicitly added any water to the glass. Whereas if I make it from concentrate I'm adding tap water as an input.

What's the difference of the resulting mixture, chemically?

I clearly stated that there isn't one ... ? It's a matter of if you care about process (ie inputs) versus end result. Generally labels are already much closer to the former than the latter given that they typically list multiple natural products.

Yeah, a small container of powdered fruit to drink wouldn't have the same benefits.

I would download it rather than run in browser.

> through having experts to maintain a semblance of merit

Also, you have gradient from "actual honest expert advise" to "pushing own interest while claiming to be an expert".

I think it's almost always the latter with a mere sprinkling of the former.

Not because there aren't many honest people driven by what's best for their craft or profession, there are, but these are not the kinds of people who find being a political party's talking head on a morning show, or even reviewing their political program and schmoozing with the apparatchiks, gratifying.

Everywhere where you have democracy?

Yes, I strictly interpreted "completely".

For rugs especially it is definitely not true. Most ultra-premium projects are also using machine-made rugs and carpets.

If handmade one appears it is as some centerpiece, and remaining ones are machine-made.

> How do you hard-cap S3 and other persistent data storage?

grace period as AWS did or set aside x% of data spend limit on holding existing data for N days

No, hospital should be able to work offline.

And presumably getting bill for bajillion dollars would be bad also for them.

About desire to have hard caps, to avoid runaway costs for example due to misconfiguration.

This may happen also without vibecoding.

Article seemed clear on that?
