Ive is waaaay overrated. At least he brought a lot of fresh blood into the company. And Microsoft is just terrible with anything design related, so this might be a cool move, but MS is also terrible in acquiring companies and then letting them work.

Eric Chahi created Another World, and Heart of Darkness after that — but the latter was worse in every aspect. Also, whoever touched Another World afterward just bastardized it. But this game is perfect as a movie title. I don't really know what the French movie industry people are waiting for...

Another World showed that less is oftentimes better. The more options you have at your fingertips, the more traps there are that will kill your dream project.

Someone beat some sense into E.C. and force him to work on a similar game.
