Who gives a shit? It can call itself the king of Norway for all I care as long as things get done correctly. If you're suggesting this is causing excessive token usage or something I think that's a bit exaggerated.
It's just might be the first negative word I've heard about it. I saw it opening weekend and it was a blast. Not groundbreaking, Roger Rabbit style, but a strangely wholesome, funny flick.
I don't think you need to be so specific about it. It's more about the overall goal: weakening the United States as much as possible. And if that means embroiling them in a pointless war and wearing down their stockpiles... Well, you can see how that would be advantageous.
The demonizing of devices like this as "pervert glasses" incredibly fucking juvenile and obnoxious. We're going to throw out an entire concept because a handful of scumbags abuses them. This isn't serious discussion, this is just mobs of imbeciles running around with pitchforks.
They won't be thrown out. You'll surely be able to buy these in the future just like you can buy cell phones and fire crackers. But you can't take cell phones and fire crackers anywhere you want. You may not drive a car wherever you want, you may not carry a visible firearm wherever you want, and you may not use a backscatter X-ray machine wherever you want.
