It reminded me of Southland Tales.

Not a bad thing

Something like 8 years ago I used this tutorial to get unlimited food at the uni vending machine. Good times.

That's entirely on you. There are some big names in the (european) comic book industry.

I posted the website which seems somehow not updated; this reel is how it was brought to my attention: https://www.instagram.com/p/C8l-9RbshIE/

THIS is the best resource on dithering I've read (except maybe some gritty details in forum posts by the author of Obra Dinn)

You could've just said "no"

I played Myst on my second pc, on Windows 98. It was an amazing experience, even if I never finished it.

I re-played on the Nintendo Switch, and it was again amazing (I managed to finish it this time).

Never played any of the sequels, so I hope Riven makes it to Switch too

My conclusion is that LAION is built using model upon model upon model; so each error propagates and the resulting dataset is kinda shitty.

But "we" made amazing stuff out of LAION.

So: the next person who can curate a high-quality big dataset is gonna make a fortune

"The Codebreakers" is an incredible book. One of the books I would save during a fire.
