I'm not an expert on the guidelines, they exist somewhere though. Usually the original title is the right thing to use but, in this case, since it is so vague, it's probably why the post didn't get any engagement.

To be honest, I have no idea. All I know is that you definitely need quite a few cite-able sources, if for any reason, just to tick boxes
