I'm a potential use. I run a solo bootstrapped company. I outsource many things. Have been wanting to outsource email for a while.

It's been hard to find a solution that allows me to manage my personal and work email, and the different types of both.

Seeing the demo made me think "I need this!". I had been looking around at helpdesk solutions, but all seemed to cumbersome for my use case.
