As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
>Ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience with the company's products
>Providing engaging demonstrations
>Responding to inbound sales and support requests via telephone and email
>Engaging in outbound lead generation (blogs, twitter, facebook, etc)
>Pushing the limits
Who you are:
You are energetic
You know the customer is always right - it's always your UX that's at fault.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
If you have previous experience working at a SaaS company that's a big plus
