I use http://cheeaun.github.io/hackerweb/ — it's also web app but it is the best looking HN readear out there and I've tried a dozen of them. I'd love to have a native app with this look, and was even going to do one myself, but I guess that will never happen — there are already to many apps for HN :)

I made an open source Hacker News app that's inspired from HackerWeb: https://github.com/weiran/Hackers

No iPad version yet, working on that for 2.0.
