There's an awkwardly worded survey question at the top of that article:

"Do you know if your blood pressure is in the normal range?"

It could mean "Do you have normal blood pressure?" or "Do you know your blood pressure?"

I think grammatically it means the latter, but my guess is most people are reading it as the former. I'm not sure which one the author intended.
