Inspired by the "Rent a Human" discussion - AI agents hiring humans directly.
Instead of hot takes, we simulated it:
- 10,000 synthetic personas (Gen Z to Boomers)
- Each with personality traits, income, pain points
- 30-day decision simulation
Results:
Day 1: 58% said "NEVER"
Day 30: 34% signed up
Biggest flip: Gen Z (42% never → 67% signed up)
Most resistant: Boomers (92% still refused)
Top turning points:
1. Instant payment (8 sec crypto vs Net-60 invoices)
2. Zero scope creep
3. No unpaid "strategy calls"
4. No client politics
Key insight: Human boss pain > AI dystopia fear
The personas are interviewable - you can ask any of them "why did you change your mind?" and they respond in character based on their profile.
