This is anecdotal and some guesswork. My GH repository traffic (clones, views, etc.) seems to be off when there are two consecutive months of 31 days. Currently(1st Jan) my traffic chart shows data only upto 30th December. Observed similar thing in July, if I remember correctly. Not much bothered by it, of course.
