To be specific the AI Mode that Google rolled out a few weeks ago is head and shoulders better than the summaries they had before. If you write a query like “I am looking for a paper that came to a certain conclusion” for something I remember seeing in the last few years it has 100% hit rate in the top 3 results so far.
That’s interesting, and good to know. I used a tool I have on my machine which shows me how a given model is reasoning in real time via a developer view.
