Tether prints billions of dollars a month with a staff of 15 while running a business that's arguably much closer to infringing on the USD's domain than anything that was ever done by Liberty Reserve. I'm sure the regulators' light touch has nothing to do with Brock Pierce being plugged in to elite trafficking networks.
