Paying ~$9/day for a Vertex AI Managed Notebook I can't connect to. Console UI fails to load instance details. Direct access gives <Error 400: invalid_request>.

I'm locked out while billing continues. Has anyone else hit this specific auth block on managed notebooks preventing management?

Short of waiting for Google Support (I'm on the pay-as-you-go model, therefore no human privileges) or assuming it's Multivac calculating The Last Question (reversing entropy might be worth $9/day).

Anyone fought this ghost in the machine?
