Canadian here. At least with my slice of media, the intensity of patriotic propaganda I'm getting is novel, and slightly jarring. I have never experienced this before. Every day I'm encountering multiple ads for armed forces recruitment, armed forces sentiment boosting (the army are good guys who do good things for people in other countries vibing) and just general patriotic sentiment-mongering. Like literally a few minutes ago on Spotify I got a patriotic buy local ad:

"Canada. It's time for more us. We are more than a place on the map. We are an attitude. More empathy than ego. More unity than division. More grit, go, we got this. The more we choose to stand up, the more we are the true north, unbreakable, strong and free. It is time. Choose Canada. A message from the government of Canada."

Given the explicitly-stated attitudes of the people running my country (into the ground), it probably ain't unwise for your country to be ramping up the patriotic messaging.
