This WebExtension is a Chrome version of Firefox extension: Copy as Org-Mode for Firefox, which is developed by kuanyui.

The origin features incloude:

- Copy webpage url as org-mode link format. - Copy selection content as org-mode format.

And I’m add a new feature for Chrome version:

Add Save Page as Org-Mode to context menu. This will save the current page as an Org-mode file and save it to the a directory that you can choose.

Note that on Linux, org-rich-yank lets you copy as org-mode from Chrome/Firefox without adding a browser extension. (Doesn't do the save page thing though.)
