Anyone Noticed the Outage?

Cloudflare radar shows 50% global traffic drop. Like, instantly, about UTC 02:00 8 Dec. Apparently, all continents affected. Downdetector.com has a spike on all graphs about the same time. The internet is pretty centralized these days, so a sudden 50% drop is explainable. Still, I see no commentary on the media.

that's a comparison in the previous week, when there was a clear spike in traffic — if you use the mouseover you'll see there's a reason for that spike.

Nope, observed in different places. Was fixed in an hour or so, but it was something big.
