Don't let politics, extremists and weirdos takeover your company or technical project or it's language, instead have a welcoming supporting culture with a common goal....fini, not more not less.
Pretty much. You need to hire product people in public facing roles who are passionate about the product and knowledgably of the industry the product operates in, not people who are only passionate about pushing an agenda or social issue revolving around their identity based on gender/sexual orientation/race, which have nothing to do with the product itself.
This video is unhelpfully hyperbolic on what happened. To title this with "self destructs" and have the thumb image of this with the text "Godot is dead" is absurd.
