I'm really just ready for AirBnB to be regulated out of existence. It's at the center of the housing crisis, it facilitates breaking over all sorts of laws (fire codes, electrical codes, occupancy codes, zoning laws, tax laws, business licensing) and is generally a nuisance for anyone unlucky enough to be next to one.

It’s fascinating that you blame the listing service for the owner’s unwillingness to maintain their homes to the appropriate electrical codes.
