Good luck. Meal tracking is incredibly difficult, and a camera-based app would be an enormous help... if it can work.
But it's extremely difficult to do well. There is enormous variability. It would be great to be able to say, "Well, that looks like Beef With Broccoli, which is usually around 500 calories per serving, and that looks like around 1.5 servings, so you get X protein and Y carbs..." But it's going to be hard to get even within a factor of 2 for correctness, and it's a case where differences of 100 calories make a difference.
