I used to work with ketamine tech; I don't think I read any convincing studies on OCD treatment.
When administered by a professional, therapeutic ketamine is extremely safe. So if you're willing to spend a few thousand dollars on treatment, then it probably wouldn't do any harm to give it a try.
But way before that, I'd highly encourage finding a psychiatrist (who will probably start you on Prozac) and therapist (who might help via CBT, exposures, etc.).
