They use google domains and I am pretty sure it would fall under the ToS deceptive practices subsection. Guessing ICANN also has a similar clause.


The company has a blog post defending their behavior that is clearly AI generated:

We should find a nice name for people wasting time at discussions with a AI-bot. Bornbir seems a one-person troll shop. For them to entertain and harass dozens (or are the others AIs too and am I stuck in the past) is very wasteful.
