Just received that years of history of my family communciation have been wiped out:

No warning the day before, no nothing! After I searched my spam-infested mailbox, I found some suggestion to migrate or pay more. The subject of "Important: New alternative provider offer for Element cloud hosting (EMS) consumer plans" doen't seem actionable!

DO NOT use their business services as the same may happen to your organization the way it happened to my family!

That's not what the text I pasted. This is strange! I only changed the text by replacing some sensitive information with [REDACTED], didn't delete anything. I checked the email, it says "deprovisioned."
