I try to understand if it's still good business idea for simple web apps . from your experience is it ? can you give examples and numbers ? thanks

$0. My side projects are for me first and I want to provide ad free experiences for those who happen to use them. Be the change you want to see.

I'm sure your users appreciate that. How does your change you want to see ideology align with news outlets or other 'free' but funded by advertising services?

I've disabled adsense because it brings in like $0.60/wk. When I first got approved, it was like $8.00/day, but that slowly died down. Not sure why exactly. Adsense revenue isn't worth slowing down a site and angering users.

I think it might be worth it if you had a few projects all running Adsense, like 10 sites, or something. Correct me if I'm wrong?

Most ads load asynchronously now so it won't really slow the site down. As for your revenue, it depends a lot on your traffic and where it's from.

$400 / mo at 40-50,000 monthly UU. It's not a web app, just static website with lots of data.

How do you make money? Google Ads?

One of the many monetisation networks alternative to Adsense, though I imagine much of the inventory comes from Google in any case.

in what field ?
