I followed up on Devon's original idea (
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38457815) with a redesigned one that works with both prompts and images + prompts, and reads the responses back to you in the glasses.
A bit of annoying to set up the whole reading back to you part, but totally doable.
Pros:
+ Done via a browser extension
+ No need for a server
+ No need for fake FB accounts, official way to make one
Cons:
- Reading back involves quite a setup with FB apps & pages
