I'm excited to share my latest project: KitchenGPT.io. This tool is designed for anyone looking to update their kitchen with a modern twist. Simply upload a photo of your current kitchen, select your preferred theme and type, and let AI do the rest! KitchenGPT.io generates a refreshed kitchen design based on your choices, making it easier than ever to envision and plan your dream kitchen. Looking forward to your feedback and ideas!

"100% free" it is not. It's free trial, then you must purchase credits.

Hi, yes 2 credits are free. So you can generate 2 kitchens freely. And since it's using costly AI models and hosting so that's why can't offer more free credits.

Self-hosting could be a solution to resource consumption.

That is not, in any shape of the phrase "100% free" and incredibly dishonest advertising.

Sorry, it was free earlier. Removed this text from home page.

Curious what you use for backend. Is this just a wrapper over existing models or did you need to finetune open models to achieve this?

So Hassan's original version of roomgpt with some cosmetic changes?

Hmm...

Select plan to begin?

So this is nice for the ideas that one would like to do with basically paint and new appliances...

What will be great is when you can take a pic, have the service convert that via splatter to 3d, do an AI skin and determine a BOM for things that need to be bought to achieve goal - It changed my:

* paint

* cabinets

* stove

* dishwasher

* counter top

* curtains

* floor

etc...

Then you can put together a plan, BOM and budget.

Otherwise its a great tool for non-technical people to imagine some really nice makeovers.

(Also - maybe a good recommendation for users would be to take a pic without anything on countertops - so as to focus on the space - rather than having AI think about your crappy counter-top clutter (that all kitchens have) and just focus on the space. If you could toggle the scene to preclude any counter-top clutter - so you can see empty kitchen next to "lived-in" kitchen"

---

SO-- Maybe take the uploaded photo - then do a DESCRIBE on the kitchen to see what elements AI sees in the photo - then try to focus on having it manipulate those items which it was able to describe in the photo - to see if you can component-modularity awreness from the image (meaning it knows there are kitchen cabinet doors - can you have it JUST change the cabinet doors with additive prompts: "OK - now make the cabinet doors glass, keep everything elese the same"

---

Its a great project - reach out to as many kitchen+bath remodel SMBs -- they may want this as a customer curation service - imagine if they can walk into a house - take a pic with their ipad - and "instantly" spit out a bunch of options for the homeowner while still standing in the kitchen.

Also, propose this to appliance stores, interior designers, general contractor/remodellers etc.

Wrap a UX around it such that you can give a small Branded app/portal for such companies - imagine empowering blue collar business the ability to market their sophisticated AI visualization services in real time in your home.

----

Think about when/how this could wind up being an AR option - just hold the ipad up and have its scan the room and replace+update that what it ses in real time.

So - think down the road - of having AI AR KitchenVision!

Just some knee-jerk feedback.

Hi, I really appreciate your feedback, thanks. I will surely look into suggestions you shared and will try to act accordingly.

And regarding free options, 2 generations are free initially and then you have to buy credits. So you can create 2 revamps kitchen free of cost.

Use bard to do things like this to target your group of companies:

https://i.imgur.com/VHnqh69.png <-- use bard to find these folks.

EDIT: Also ZERO home re-modeler types can make a decision on a sample of (2) -- so You might want to do like (20).

And do some "suggested" versions for free...

Like "give me some input colors or thoughts:" and have it do all paint looks for free.

Also - I don't know what that thing is called, but the Squeegee/swiper thing to compare before/after pics by moving the line back and forth would be better than a side by side) -- you'll also want to be sure you think about in-painting and out-painting - so if you want to scrub a particular portion of the design, such as the sink - to be able to in-paint replace whatever is shown in the sink area - as an example)

You are a gem man. Honestly this is my first product ever launched. I have zero marketing experience, that's why just launched it to see how it goes. Your feedback is very valuable. I will review each point very carefully and will try to implement it as well. Thank you.
