This is another (currently incomplete) protocol and file format, like Gemini but different in many ways, in case you have many criticisms of Gemini protocol then maybe you are interested, I don't know. (I have my own criticism of Gemini protocol too; I do not agree with all of the ones that other people wrote but some of them I do agree but not necessarily with their proposed alternatives.) But, you can read this one and criticize this one also please. (Perhaps, including, the code review in case of security issues or other issues too)

(This is a mirror on GitHub of the Fossil repository, which you may also access if you prefer)

I think I am interested in this, but without a good README.md I am not sure.

It is a good idea. What do you suggest that I should write in the README.md file? (Many things are written in the Specification file.)

You should just move the specification to README.md or host the file somewhere and link to it from README.md after a brief project description. The spec does not have a file format, so aside from not being immediately visible GitHub, it’s hard to read on mobile.

Now I added a README.md file, which links to the Specification file, and a few brief other things too. (It can be changed in future if necessary. Issues can be added to the GitHub in case anyone has suggestions, I suppose)
