- Than you just 1 click apply for jobs /OR/ just receive actual job offers (not just outreaches to start interviewing 5-17 rounds with a company)
- Than you just negotiate the salary in messaging if you are the chosen one.
BUSINESSES PERSPECTIVE:
- Create a job post
- We find the top applicants to apply
- We support people with the interviews
- Get applicants in
- Watch video interviews
- Choose the best

Bonus question: "we interviewed the candidate but then somebody different showed up Day 1" is already a problem for companies; your platform would (by reducing the number of interaction steps) make this easier - how do you intend to prevent that situation?
