Isn't the Cybertruck a cool concept design come to life? Say what you want about it, but "boring and alike" it is not. What remains to be seen is how many people actually want that.
True. But we're always presented with cool concepts that never make it to production.
This DeLorean is obviously just a concept by a designer, but take the ID Buzz from Volkswagen. Went from cool to meh.
Same for lots of Mercedes concepts. It seems like the designers are just having some fun before the boss shows up and orders them to be boring again.
Another great example is this supercool electric Manta by Opel. I think it will never make it to production even though it would no doubt sell like crazy.
