Apparently the page for recovering the bitlocker keys of my device is not working. I hit the forums and saw someone other people with the same problem. Microsoft support couldn't help me and my backup drive has garbage instead of the keys I backed up less than 3 months ago, great.
This post is a reminder to you to print your bitlocker keys and store that paper safely somewhere. It is also a call for help if someone here works at microsoft.

The page is still down, but I found a workaround that worked for me.
Try doing this: 1) Open private browser window 2) Register new account 3) Go to recovery keys with the new account 4) Top right corner, sign in with another account 5) Sign with your normal account 6) Keys should show up!
