aside from Gymnopilus junonius, the rest appear to be anticholinergics which aren't very interesting or rare. think less magic mushroom and more benadryl overdose


Also, while Gymnopilus junonius probably does contain psilocin, I wouldn't really consider it to be a psilocybin mushroom. My understanding is that its effects as a nicotinic acetylcholine inhibitor are more prominent, at least from what I've heard. (As someone without a strong chemistry background, I'm less inclined to be an early adopter of something labeled "unknown neurotoxin.")


First things I noticed as well.

Many of these aren’t hallucinogens, they are deliriants.

Maybe from a categorization perspective, but not in terms of how hallucinogen is commonly used.


The list seems to be missing Jian Shou Qing (Lanmaoa asiatica).
