Stripe Reserves

Stripe is the last Merchant Processor you want to use. I used Paypal/Brain Tree for years and then started to use Stripe as well. I liked their dashboard and ease to search and use overall. However, they are holding 25% of our funds because our fraud is just slightly over 1%. We are an ecommerce comapany and slightly over 1% in this space is nothing. They keep giving me the run around. I since changed to Authorize.net and explained to stripe it will never go below 1% at least for another 60-days as these transactions age. Even if we get 1 more dispute it will go much higher as we don't have any new transactions going through. Not to mention Fraud is much higher on Stripe then Paypal/Brain Tree. They want you to pay to use their tools which is just another example of how they are basically taking advantage of small businesses.
