It's a great question! When you're already fighting the greatest enemy.. time. So the question is, is all the time and money invested in your IaaS Infra what you SHOULD be focusing time on or could you be focusing time on what's more important, which is your Company's goals and building value. Especially if you have a PaaS that has proven to be reliable and has done those migrations for customers in the past. Essentially the how is something that PaaS should want to abstract away.
