I'm also building two SaaS products, but full-time. It's really not easy, but I wanted to identify what people were interested in. Going all out on a single project can feel like spinng your wheels.

It has helped knowing that the new project I started on will have a lot of reusable code for the existing one.

Building it is the easy part though. Marketing it is where the problems come in.

Building takes time though. The more you have to show, the easier marketing is. So the key is to build faster, which is problematic when you're bootstrapping.
