Part 2 is also out it seems, and in Part 2 they reverse engineer some kind of checksum/CRC function. Someone on here just recently pointed out CRC RevEng[1] and I'm really curious if it would've been applicable to the checksum found in this save file.

I understood about 2% of that.

It blows my mind that people can understand how things work to this level.

I would love to get to that point but it seems impossible, or at least way too much time than I could invest in it.
