If interested in this later part of FSF’s life I would very much recommend Sheila’s Graham’s book Beloved Infidel (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheilah_Graham). They were together for about here years and he died in her apartment.


Reading a writer like Fitzgerald makes you realize how wide the gap is between good writing and great writing.


While failing at his life, he writes an amazing text on human condition. I hope he saw that too!


If I wrote the books he wrote I wouldn't think of myself as a failure.
