I find it fishy that the investors are not also held accountable for knowingly investing in defacto ponzi schemes like FTX but then when it blows up being the first to get what's left from the wreckage.

Last time I checked, profiting from a crime is also a crime. In fact don't you need to return stolen goods you purchased even if you didn't know it was stolen?

The investors are being "made whole" at the direct expense of the customers.

The outcome here is shocking, stating Celsius owns customer assets? when did this transfer of ownership take place? if so, why is it referencing the customers at all?

Seems like stealing from the customers to minimize the losses of the investors?
