My dad died of melanoma metastasis not but 2 months ago. He always joked he would be the last guy to die of cancer, and while I am sure we missed that mark, the sentiment of “if he just held out for a year or two more he woulda made it” is quite strong now. I’ve seen a treatment for his specific cancer that is like 4x as effective, now this, all since he passed. Wild to think about for sure

Really impressive, as the study is 44% compared with pembrolizumab, which is not bad by itself either!

Even more impressive is that it's two big companies working TOGETHER, and have an agreement to split profits!
