To anyone not familiar with HR, they've been spamming cybersecurity-related subreddits for months. Based on this account's comment history, it seems they've also been spamming HN.
Their product seems to be incredibly low effort, and providing them real information apparently results in aggressive sales calls. I'll try to find some examples on Reddit, though most of their submissions and accounts have been deleted for spam.
Edit: their profile on Reddit has a lot of low-effort spam comments. You'll notice that they also comment in a number of threads promoting HR that have since been removed, as they've been at this for quite a while and seem to have numerous accounts.
