The technical solution seems a lot easier to implement than a societal change (which might be shaming people for drunk driving).
The very next thing I'd like to fix is distracted driving (cell phones).
The NPR article states 11,654 people died in 2021, the CDC has stats for distracted driving - 3,100 killed in 2019 (in the USA) [0].
