Seems like the AG of Texas and the 5th Circuit are saying that some property rights don't exist. This seems contrary to the main thrusts of US law and to the US tradition that you have freedom of speech, but that nobody else has to pay for it.

Beyond that, the implications to topical forums are staggering. Any Texan can be off topic anywhere? Any Texan cannot be effectively reprimanded?

Do newspapers get to edit or choose letters to the editor? What other traditions are now void? I'm staggered.
