They show footage of killings, date stamped to show they occured during Russia's occupation, they show dead bodies in the streets for days or weeks before the Ukrainian armed forces liberated the towns. The evidence is there, your statement implies only the Pentagon can confirm or deny the truth. Actually the pentagon isn't independent enough to be able to confirm these attrocities.
