Not all what he says, but some is. Bezmenov a defector with limited importance trying to compensate by making the boldest possible claims.

I made the comment so that people don't just listen and accept. Everyone can do their own searches and find out the truth easily. The truth on this is not deeply hidden or obscure.

I did a search on "Yuri Bezmenov", and the only confirmation I could find for your claims were a few posts on Quora that had no citations. So if you have some sources that back up what you're saying, please share.
